Welcome to AAAZOM.com, operated by AAAZOM LLC dba AAAZOM Mortgage (“AAAZOM Mortgage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, and you waive any right to participate in a:

  • Class action

  • Collective action

  • Representative action

Unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

 

Liability Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”
AAAZOM Mortgage makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy

  • Reliability

  • Suitability

  • Availability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAAZOM Mortgage is not liable for:

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • The laws of the State of California

  • The laws of the State of Texas (where applicable)

  • Applicable federal mortgage laws (RESPA, TILA, GLBA, SAFE Act)

You consent to jurisdiction in California courts for enforcement actions.

 

Review & Rating Policy

We may display only 4- and 5-star reviews to highlight consistently positive feedback.
Reviews may be curated, verified, or moderated to maintain quality and accuracy.
We encourage users to conduct independent research and rely on multiple sources when evaluating services.

 

Changes to Terms

THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS.
A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
